Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, there will be a percentage charged or the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. Please contact me in advance if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48-hours notice before their appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled less than 24-hours before their scheduled time and "no call, no show" will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
